Learn to Swim in 4 Days
The proven Bolle Method helps fearful adults, beginners, and non-swimmers become confident in the water through 36 lessons in one focused weekend.
Bolle Adult Swim School is designed exclusively for adults who want to overcome fear, avoid public pool embarrassment, and finally learn to swim in a private, warm-water setting.
Why Adults Can Learn to Swim in 4 Days
Traditional weekly swim lessons often fail adults because there are long gaps between classes. Fear returns, progress is lost, and confidence disappears. Bolle’s 4-day program removes those gaps. With 36 lessons in a warm, private adults-only environment, you stay focused, build skills through repetition, and make real progress from the moment you start.

Monday
Complete the Program
Final lessons focus on progress, confidence, and achieving the swim success goal.
The Bolle Method Is Built for Adult Beginners
Fear Is Eliminated First
Adults often need to overcome fear before they can learn strokes. Bolle starts with comfort and trust in the water.
Private Adults-Only Setting
No children, no spectators, and no crowded public pool distractions. Just a calm, respectful environment for adults.
Warm 92°F Water
Warm water helps students relax, breathe easier, float better, and stay comfortable through every lesson.
Repetition Builds Confidence
36 lessons in 4 days help build muscle memory without long gaps between sessions. Progress continues every day.
Built for Non-Swimmers and Fearful Adults
Many adults feel embarrassed, anxious, or even panicked in the water. Some have avoided pools, beaches, boats, vacations, and family activities for years because they never felt safe.
Bolle understands. Our program is designed for adults just like you. We move at the right pace, step by step, with patience, encouragement, and respect. You are not alone—and you can learn to swim.

Our goal for non-swimmers is 30 unassisted pool crossings within two hours on Monday, the final day of class. If your success is in question at any time during your 4-day stay, Bolle may increase the number of lessons until success is achieved or refund your swim class fee.
Travel to Arizona and Focus on Learning
Many students travel to Arizona for our 4-day program to learn quickly and privately. Guest rooms are available on site so you can stay close to the pool, rest between lessons, and focus fully on your success.

Adult Swimming Lessons for People Who Have Tried Before
Many Bolle students have taken adult swimming lessons in the past and felt disappointed. Some only had one or two lessons per week. Others learned in cold water, crowded public pools, or around children and spectators. Bolle is different because the program is private, focused, warm, and designed for adults.
Swimming Lessons for Adults Who Want Privacy
Learning to swim as an adult can feel personal. Bolle offers swimming lessons for adults in a private, adults-only setting with no children, no spectators, and no public pool distractions. When adult students feel safe and respected, they can relax enough to learn.

Bolle Adult Swim School is located in Glendale, Arizona, near Phoenix. Students travel from across the United States, Canada, Europe, and beyond for a focused 4-day adult swim program with warm water, private instruction, and on-site guest rooms.
